Welcome to Dessayage! These Terms govern your use of our application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dessayage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. For any questions regarding these Terms, you may contact us at inquiry@dessayage.com.
2. User Content
You are responsible for the photos and content you upload. You retain ownership of your content. Dessayage uses the Gemini API to process uploaded images solely to generate digital try-on “looks.” We do not share or use your content for any other purpose.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We store your email only for login purposes and do not share it. Please notify us immediately at inquiry@dessayage.com if you notice any unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the service;
- Use automated systems to access the service;
- Transmit spam or unsolicited communications;
- Interfere with system integrity or security.
5. Intellectual Property
Dessayage and its content, design, and branding are our intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, but grant us the limited license described above to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dessayage is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the service.
7. Third-Party Services
The service uses third-party technologies, including the Gemini API, to process uploaded images. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these providers beyond what is described in these Terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. For support, reach us at inquiry@dessayage.com.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under Georgia law.
